Construction Update

Construction will begin on Tuesday, August 24 with the closing of the intersection of Elm/Magnolia and W. Dearborn Street. Re-construction of that intersection will take approximately 30 days (depending on weather). 

The contractor, Wright Construction Group will continue moving east and constructing the improvements on the north side of W. Dearborn. They will continue east towards SR776 and circle back to the Elm/Magnolia intersection (with a target date) at the end of April 2022 and continue construction – moving west to Old Englewood Road. Attached is the traffic circulation plan and a color map as well.
